Air Innovations can reverse engineer and manufacture major repair worn and damaged components back to original specifications. This is achieved through CNC machining, 3 and 5 axis work, rebuilding and re-profiling of worn impellers, diffusers and worn pinion polygons. Other component repair work on impellers, back plates, diffusers and similar parts is performed locally under stringent quality control procedures.
