Air Innovations, established in 2005 is a compressor company which specializes in the repair, servicing and supply of spares for all major compressor brands. Our collective 90 years experience in this field was gained through employment by the O.E.M. namely Ingersoll Rand Co. locally and internationally. Our experience was primarily attributed to the management and hands on involvement of a vast array of jobs in the field. Our company is based on good business ethics, honesty and our principle objective is customer satisfaction. We operate on a 365 day and 24/7 hour basis thereby going beyond the normal call of duty to meet our commitments to our clients timeously. We import as well as locally manufacture all internal aero parts including gasket kits and intercoolers. Our parts meet or exceed the original specifications required at competitive pricing without compromising quality
Air dryers, filtration, reciprocating and rotary screw compressors new and rebuilds are also within our scope of supply.
AIR INNOVATIONS has the capability to reverse engineer and manufacture all major repair worn and damaged components back to the original specifications. This is achieved through but not limited to CNC machining, 3 & 5 axis, rebuilding and re-profiling of worn impellers, diffusers and worn pinion polygons.
All other component repair work on impellers, back plates, diffusers and other components is performed locally under stringent quality control procedures.
Vibration analysis, instrument calibration, PLC upgrades and all ancillary services associated with the compressed air industry. It is important to note that our gearing (Bull-gears and pinions) is currently being manufactured internationally.
Rotor balancing is performed in-house up to 700 Kg.
